Terms and conditions of stay

Acceptance of residence regulations the reservation of the property implies the acceptance of this Regulation. The booking is answered personally, even for the people who accompany it.

Rates

Prices are expressed in Euro and are per apartment or room, for the requested period. The agreed price includes consumption (electricity, water and gas), kitchen linen with weekly change, bed linen and bathroom with weekly change and use of common areas. The price does not include the security deposit, any damages and any other services required by the customer who must be paid on site. We reserve the right to modify the published prices of our accommodation at any time and without notice. However the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras) will not be changed under any circumstances.

Reservation and payment

You can make an online booking using the booking system on our website www.lenuvoleverucchio.it. To confirm your reservation, you must be notified of your details, a telephone number, an e-mail address, the holiday period, the numbers of people. The clouds reserve the right to pre-authorize. The balance must be made at the time of booking online via PayPal (payment via PayPal) or bank transfer. In case of a non-refundable rate the full amount must be anticipated. The clouds guarantees the reimbursement as indicated on each accommodation card, with the possibility of cancellation without loss of the amount paid by communication within 30 days of arrival. If the above mentioned times were not met, the reservation will be cancelled automatically and the accommodation will be made available for new requests. Cancellation

Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival do not incur any charge, so the amount paid will be returned. Cancellations made after that deadline entail the loss of the full amount. In case of early departure, the entire agreed booking amount will still be retained. In case of discounted fare, indicated as non-refundable, no amount will be refunded in any case. The reservation must be amended or cancelled in writing, if within the time limit, by sending an email to info@lenuvoleverucchio.it and must be confirmed in writing by the operators.

Unavailability of the accommodation

In case of force majeure, the OWNERS reserve the right to be able to assign another accommodation with similar characteristics or above the same price, or in extreme cases of Cancel the reservation, reimburding the tourist the amount paid.

Rules on the management of holiday homes

As foreseen by the regional law of the holiday houses, the manager is obliged to change the linen weekly and to the cleaning of the apartment with each change of customer. Any extra change of linen required by the customer has a cost of €15.00 per person, payable in cash at the same rate. For linen we mean sheets and a set of towels (personal, face and shower) per person. The units are equipped with beds, pillows and blankets, wardrobe, hangers, drawers, bedside tables or shelves, central lighting, lamps or bedside appliques, table for the consummation of meals with chairs, armchairs or sofas in the living room with seats equal to the number Of the hostable people, broom, dustpan, bucket, floor rag. All this will have to be compared to the number of beds. The kitchens are equipped with kitchen with oven, refrigerator, sink with drainer, a kitchen battery, kitchen knives, 1 sugar Bowl, a coffee maker, a colander, a salad bowl, a grater, a bottle opener/corkscrew, a can opener, a jug for the Milk, a dustbin with plastic bags, a tablecloth, napkins and kitchen towels. For each guestable person: knives, forks, spoons, teaspoons, flat plates, flat bottoms, glasses, mugs, small cups. The bathrooms, in addition to the linen, are equipped with waste basket, mirror and electric power outlet, shelf, toilet brush, bath mat, hairdryer and washing machine (in one bathroom as indicated by the accommodation card).

Arrival

At least 24 hours before arrival, given the absence of a reception service, the customer is obliged to inform the operator of the exact time of arrival, to receive a suitable reception. On the day of arrival the apartment can be taken over from 15.00 hours to 20.00 except for different agreements. On arrival the guests must exhibit a valid identity document in progress. If no valid documents are exhibited, the reservation will be cancelled and the full amount paid. You will be given the keys, you will be shown the apartment. In case of damage and/or shortages will be requested a compensation assessed by the structure manager to be paid before departure. The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, ATM) and PayPal.

Departure-Return of the property

On the day of departure the owner or a person in charge will pick up the keys and check the status of the property if it is released as it was delivered. Any damage caused must be compensated. The apartment must be released within 10.00 hours, unless otherwise agreed, to allow cleaning.
 
Pets are accepted small pets upon prior notice.
 
Rules during your stay-check the efficiency of the apartment and inform us of any anomaly or lack within and no later than 24 hours after your arrival, do not wait until the day of departure to inform. -It is strictly forbidden to make a copy of the keys: the breach of domicile, in the absence of authorisation, constitutes a serious criminal offence punished by law. In case of loss of the keys a refund of €70.00 is foreseen for the damage caused. -It is forbidden to stay in the house in a number of people higher than the maximum permitted. It is prohibited to allow strangers to enter without having previously communicated it to the operator and having received express consent. -All accommodations are delivered clean and functioning. The customer must provide for the daily rearrangement of the apartment and will be responsible for its integrity, so it is forbidden to move the furniture from their position. At the time of the return of the property the customer will have the obligation to leave the accommodation under acceptable conditions, in particular the cleaning of the kitchenette and the crockery, which must be returned clean and in order, on pain of the charge of further €30.00. Customers must also provide for emptying the refrigerator and dustbin. On request are possible midweek cleaning fee. -The lessee is obliged to observe the common norms regarding the quiet, especially in the afternoon and night hours, avoiding noises and harassing. Particular silence must be respected between 22.00 and 8.00 and between 13.00 and 17.00. -The lessee undertakes to have the utmost care of the property entrusted to him. The crockery and other amenities of the house (chairs, blankets, etc.) should not be used or transported outside the house. All defaults will result in charges assessed by the same person at a time. Guests will be held responsible and have to pay for any damage, breakage or loss of goods made by you, or your visitors during your stay at the accommodation. Objects that are replaced must be of the same quality as the originals. Faults caused by the conductor or those of ordinary maintenance will be charged to the conductor. -It is absolutely forbidden to bring the laundry out of the room. Sunscreen cream and oil, makeup and hair dye can permanently stain bedding, bed linen and towels. We therefore ask you to pay attention when using these products. If in spite of the efforts the stains do not take off, you will be charged a cost to replace the linen. -The customer expressly disclaims the operator from any liability for any direct or indirect damages that may derive from the unintended interruption of essential services such as electricity and water. -Inside the apartment are made available to guests, informative brochures and tourist. For any additional information guests can ask the owners. -Declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects of your property left in the rooms or for any injuries, theft, damage to persons or things only because they occurred inside the property.
